Noori Dates (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Noori Dates website (the “Service”).

Klachtenprocedure Noori Dates

De klant en kwaliteit van het product staat bij Noori Dates op nr. 1. Bij het ontvangen van een klacht is het uitgangspunt dat een klant altijd gelijk heeft en deze moet dus goed en snel worden opgelost.

Hiervoor gebruiken wij bijgaand klachtenformulier.

Na datum van binnenkomst klacht wordt binnen 24 uur contact opgenomen met de klant. Het formulier geeft aan welke informatie nodig is van de klant en de gebeurtenis.

Noteer de contact gegevens van de klant zodat bij nader onderzoek eventueel nog contact kan worden gezocht met de klant. Vraag ook altijd aan de klant hoe de klacht kan worden opgelost.

Nadat de klacht is ingediend bepaal je of het een eenvoudige of een complexe klacht is. Bij een eenvoudige oplossing los je dit zelf op en leg je dit vast in het formulier. Je checkt uiteraard bij de klant of deze tevreden is met deze oplossing. Probeer altijd een oplossing te vinden die de klacht positief verrast. Je reageert in ieder geval binnen drie werkdagen en zo mogelijk eerder naar de klant over de oplossing.

Bij een complexe klacht koppel je deze door aan de directie van Noori Dates. Voor een complexe klacht is vaak een ander onderzoek nodig bij de leverancier, vervoerder of verpakker van de producten. Je stelt de klant wel binnen drie werkdagen op de hoogte van het vervolgonderzoek en probeert zonodig een tussen oplossing te vinden.

Bij een complexe klacht zal de binnen 14 dagen na de binnenkomst van de klacht worden opgelost. Leidt dit niet tot een oplossing, dan is het mogelijk om je geschil aan te melden voor bemiddeling via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Vanaf 15 februari 2016 is het voor consumenten in de EU ook mogelijk om klachten aan te melden via het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie. Dit ODR-platform is te vinden op http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Wanneer je klacht nog niet elders in behandeling is dan staat het je vrij om je klacht te deponeren via het platform van de Europese Unie.

Garantie

Wij geven om onze producten en doen logischerwijze ons best om deze in topconditie aan u te leveren. Toch komt het wel eens voor dat er een bestelling kapotgaat tijdens transport of dat er iets anders gebeurt waardoor u aanspraak kunt maken op garantie. Wettelijk gezien bent u verplicht om binnen twee maanden na constatering van het gebrek melding bij ons hierover te maken. Als het gebrek binnen de garantie valt, dan zullen wij kosteloos zorg dragen voor vervanging.
